How good is ferry corsten at the moment!

Ferry @ GC Heaven = Wicked...more proggy cos he played before armin but mint!
Ferry @ Passion - im his stalker, and follow him around like a lapdog, but this was the best set i have ever seen...just astounding, really took my breath away. (and finished with out of the blue!)
Ferry @ Gods Xmas party, again amazing.
and as for his productions, he did go off course a bit, bringing things like punk out, but then came the phenominan that is Ligaya, amazing in everyway. his best remix of the year though would have to be Cosmic Gate - the truth how anyone can make that hideous noise actually beautiful and euphoric NEEDS respect.
And as for solstice.....its gonna be ligaya all over again isnt it.... :)

solstice is ing class, shame he didnt release it 2 years ago liek he should of :stongue:
i used to be a big ferry fan, saw him loads at the start of the year and he was qaulity, even at sugarshack back in june. but since then ive only seen him once at godsk carnival, and to be fair, he was .
hopefully when i (and i suspect many of you) go and see him end of jan @ gods he will be back to his old self :D
plus two new albums on the way cant be bad :D |

I preferred Banginglobe without the vocals :p
and ligaya is indeed amazing, his mix of the truth is nice, but I think his remix of Rank 1 - Awakening is his best tune this year, so different from the original...... |

p.s. i dont know whether it has just been broadcast sets that i have downloaded but they have sounded very samey.. ian help me mate. |

az.. dr. jeff has diagnosed that ur talkin e here. :p in his opinion:
a) the vocal in banginglobe is mint (although its too much of a buildup, and when the beat kicks in its a bit of a let-down)
b)LIGAYA IS TOSS
C) his remix of awakening is blastpheme. it totally loses what that track is about, not to mention the zzz factor.
i thought he was getting his together when he released punk & needlejuice... 'aaah some originality' i thought... but oh no.
quite frankly my friends, ferry can go himself.
