One of the first progressive house tunes... (that I know of)

The Age Of Love - The Age Of Love

"Written by B. Sanchioni & G.Cherchia. Produced by Roger Samyn.
Tracks 1,2,3 mixed by Jam El mar & Mark Spoon.
Post production by The Hot Sauce & Matt Nelmes.
Track 4 remixed by Marc Andrews.

To make along story short... Bruno Sanchioni is also the driving force behind the BBE (yeah, the 7 Days BBE). The track was first released in Italy in early 1990 but was hardly noticed by anyone. Jam & Spoon were commissioned for a re-release and trance history was born. The first proper trance or progressive house or call-it-what-you-want smash and a tremendous influence on many a trance tracks later, graced infinite compilations and was re-released and remixed more than Days Go By. Funny thing is... the original mis everyone refers to is NOT the Jam & Spoon Watch Out For Stella mix that popularised it, it's merely a RE-mix. This cd single boasts two J&S remixes, with the atmospheric and spaced out Sign Of The Time mix being my firm favourite. The timeless classic..."

01 - The Age Of Love (Jam & Spoon Radio Mix)
02 - The Age Of Love (Watch Out For Stella Club Mix)
03 - The Age Of Love (Sign Of The Time Mix)
04 - The Age Of Love (OPM Mix)

Very old CDM featuring one of the first progressive house tunes. Different from what you hear today, but very good.
