this thought flew throught my mind just a few mintues ago,
TranceAddict as a School, or "Dream School"
think about it,
Swamper = Headmaster, principal
Moderators = Teachers or Guards (saftey)
Users = students
Music Discussion = all time classroom
Chill Out Room = the chill out room, or café
DJing / Production / Promotion = Technical calsses
Other = sports calsses, political classes etc. etc.
Local Scene Info / Discussion = language classes
i would like to go on this school, would be great. very very very big school tho, and expensive, but wtf, its way better than an ordinar school.

I don't think there would be an effective policy... some students would use it in the school alleys anyway :D Let's say it's illegal during classes and ignored during breaks :) |

Of course there would! His policy as a mod would be "Nobody is allowed to use drugs, before letting me try them and make sure that they're the real thing" :D |

Seriously, A drugs policy shouldn't be there, otherwise it would be an ordinary school, wouldn't it?
