IM wondering, which winamp is everyone currently using? Also, Im still unsure if I should get Winamo 3 since thats the only way out for updated plug ins and so on ..

2.78 as well here.
2.8 is a little newer, but it has nothing i need, and it's where the AOL crap started to creep in.
DON'T "upgrade" to Winamp 3, it sucks |

I strongly advise you to stay away from winamp 3. I just did a complete format on my computer this morning and so I had to download winamp again. I installed it and was appalled.
First of all it took forever for winamp 3 to load. There's nothing more irratating than to have to wait for your player to load to listen to a song. Secondly all the new features suck and are totally useless. I took it off my system almost immediately. I say stick with winamp 2.81. Why make changes to the best player there is anywhere? |

| I'm using 2.81, I tried Winamp 3 when my last hard drive blew and let's just say it wasn't installed for more than 10 minutes. :stongue: |

| i love winamp 3 with the mmd3 skin only....most user friendly mp3 player i ever used. i never have a problem with it..its never slow. i also have a fast computer so that might help. |
