| Theres probably loads of threads like this, but when i try and search i get an error and the page wont load up. Neway i am finally getting my decks in two days time (Numark tt1650's and dm3000x if your interested), and i was wondering what one tip would you give to a newbie like me? |

There is no such thing as a quick fix, or a "majik" formula (hehe).

then once you're done practicing
take a break, have a smoke, whatever
then practice some more ;)
it's not going to come to you right away
you will get frustrated and you will want to give up
just don't
take a breath, leave it for a day or 2
then give er another go
don't force yourself to mix
just do it when you feel like it
but you should try at least one transition a day |

| there isnt really any other tips really just practice and you'll see what we mean. listen to mixed cds. good luck |

learn trak structures!!!
as in: 16 beats, something dif
32 beats something even more diff happens
64 beats comes a chorus (im not sure about that one)
but u shuld analyse and be natural with ur music, dont start counting beats just be natural, it will come to u, specially if u like wat ur doin |
