I get the winamp.exe.MANIFEST file immediately after uninstalling (or was it installing a new version??? I forget.) Winamp. Maybe you uninstalled, then installed, then uninstalled AGAIN? In this case, the original winamp.exe.MANIFEST WOULD be overwitten. Still, I always wondered what that MANIFEST file does anyway and why Winamp, in particular, creates it.
