Hey all ... again. This is well, the second time I post this here, but this time I have the final version of this remix I made, last time I had absolutely no feedback at all ... *sigh* ... anyway, i'm hoping this time i'll get at least one, so here it goes.
For those that didn't get my last post, this is nothing but a copy of the rework that Paul Van Dyk has made of this song, the reason for this is --as most know-- PvD takes months to ever release his reworks, if at all decides to do so. Soooo I had the need to create something like it, cause I couldn't find it anywhere and I want it really really badly, and this is what resulted.
I used Reason 2.0 to create the it, using samples from the original version, and some others I found out there. I hope this time you like it.

Hrm, I could work out a stereo version, actually I have it on stereo, I think something must have get messed up at the time of the coding from reason-to-wav-to-mp3 :) thanks a lot for your input, I really appreciate it.
Oh, btw, I would like to hear your remix, it'd be interesting to listen to another flavour of this track. |

Very good!
I'd like to have a 192 kbps mp3, though.
Would be grateful if you post it.
Cheers, vmc |

I think this is very good!
IMO the bassline seems a little to much for the overall track ... maybe if you lowered the volume of it a little and upped the volume of the synths ...
Like vmc says though we need a 192kbs rip! :p

And yes, the kick has a little click in the end I haven't been able to fix, which is quite noticeable in the begining. I'll seek for a better kick and replace it once I have time. |

| Well, i havent heard the original mix of this song, so i dont have a lot to compare it to. Is the popping sound at the end of the kick part of the sample? if it is, you can edit that out in soundrecorder by just choppin off the popping part. There doesnt seem to be a lead... I dunno if that is what you wanted or if i just was unable to hear it. Overall, nice job. keep it up. |

Thanks for the input, and yeah that's what I wanted to do, and already tried, it just seems like the kick has this click going all over it that won't let me remove it properly. If I cut the end the kick sounds kinda dead and stuff but anyway, i'm already looking for a replacement, so it's not that hard really to fix. |

Hey great rework, I tried i too, but haven't time to finish.
I would put on more reverb effects on the acid warp. Mayby you
can start the bass on a half step before the first step with a note lower. I think it should be a "D".
Again it sounds very good!!
Greetings daniel |
