ok when recording off the internet via a stream the stream can sometimes be a little shady leaving the finish mp3 with a static-ish sound or muffled (ie trustthedj stream :() anyways is there a program out there to edit mp3's or wav's like to balance/edit the sound or something thanks for any help

Unforturnately, u can't really do it without the aid of sophisticated hardware.
Software nowadays is ultimately reliant on sound and processing hardware, and ur bog standard PC stuff just won't make the grade when it comes to the conversion of -> good audio.

If you're ripping off the net, ur best bet is to find another way of getting the audio stream - ie Radio. If you download an Essential Mix for example, it would have been ripped through an FM decoder, not an internet digital stream. |
