| how many Mhz, whats Pc type, and what OS? if its Win 98... i can tell you your prob right now, this isnt an opinon, its a fact, Win 98 has a hard time, managing anything over 64 megs of ram... so thats your prob, if your os is win98.... |

ahhhh! pentium laptops. they get pretty hot don't they? and don't run as efficiently as they should in the first place.
but yeah, win 98 doesn't manage memory very well. specifyin' your own virtual memory settings might help out too infin. that way windows doesn't have ot waste time and memory exchanging the swap sizes. |
