Actually collecting vintage milk is alright, aslong as you can preserve them properly.
I usually transfer the milk to a nice metal canister, remove all excess air, and store them in the celler for a good 5-10 years.
There's nothing better than when you break out a canister of finely aged milk. But if you let them go for more than 10 years, your pressing your luck. Certain cows produce different quality milks, but if you get a good cow you can sometimes manage 12 years or so. Bottles like that usually run a high price, but you'd be suprised how many people would pay. |

I've got lots of freakin' food...everything from Ketchup to Grey Poupon mustard..:D Then there's lunch meat, turkey, but I don't really eat it...
