dj icey? he was great - never had been to sonar before, turns out it's a pretty good club, or icey was just that good that it made the club good. he really got the crowd going and he knows how to do it well too.
i didn't know about any parties around their afterwards - hit up a college park after party instead :) |

Sonar's nice, just as long as you don't compare it to Nation or Glow (or even Redwood Trust) as it's dwarfed by each in atmosphere and also their sound systems. I guess it's really just the low ceilings that detract from it, I dunno.
There was an afterparty with multiple DJ's that I had heard about and was hoping to hear a report on. Oh well. :(
I really enjoy hearing Icey spin, he's awesome! I guess I'm addicted to breakbeat too! ;) |
