ok so I can't figure out how to post the mp3 clip so you all can listen to this great track. I'll just tell you where I heard it and someone will probablly know the name. It is the 3 rd track on a live set by Seb Fontaine at Creamfields in 1999. www.tracklist.org gives this for his set:
