How long does it take ... I get no email response and the phone is busy.

They are a bunch of wankers..emailed them in Nov 2002, still yet to recieve a reply.
All I can say is avoid them at all cost. They will send out whatever they have and keep the money in their so-called "Credit System".
Guess what....tough fcuking luck....they robbed me of US $ 35.00 and refuse to f_cuking email me.
Bunch of incapable Dutch twarts who are more interested in their Wholesale biz than attend to customers in need...
Worst service ever....plus they rob you.
Sorry for the rant but I have to let this out just like how HTFR f_cuked people over...
To only-djs.com...try to keep up with the times like Juno..incompetent ass_holes....

| About almost 2 weeks to get to California. My only gripe with them is that they never let you know by email when they send out your order. That and they also never tell you what vinyls weren't shipped out even though they said it was in stock at the time you bought it. But nothing compares to dmf.co.uk. They suck ass. |

I had no great problem with them, except they packaged my records in packing paper instead of cardboard. As a result, my Breezer sleeve is bent on two corners. Can't really do anything about it now. :(
Aside from that, I really like their stock and site interface.
Anyone know a place with comparable stock, but less shipping to the US? I would consider ordering from only-djs again if not for the steep shipping costs, but all the American online shops have crappy stock. |

| Try www.chemical-records.co.uk. They charge about $1.10 per vinyl on shipping, and the order gets here to California exactly a week after they ship it out. |

Wow, that's not bad at all, and the selection is very good. I think I passed over Chemical because they didn't give a fixed shipping cost on the site. Thanks for the info. |

I must say, when you live in Holland there's absolutely no problem.. they deliver here in two days or so (if you order early on the day, sometimes even the next day)..
Too bad you have had bad experiences with OD.. I hope I won't get them :) |

I called them this morning (Jan 14) they said they shipped it Jan 13 and have it tomorrow - since I choose the expen$ive DHL shipping.
Only regret is they don't email you when and what was shipped!! |
