Is it bad for your health if you hold your fart all the time?

Man, I gotta admit...I have 3 450+ students classes everyday, and it gets really quiet in there. Sometimes, I can't even let one out. :sadgreen: It pisses me off. Well, the thing is that when I hold em for a couple of times, my stomach doesn't feel right and I feel like I gotta take a big ass dump. Is it bad for your health if you hold your fart?

Yes it is. If you hold it the gases go into your stomach... and that's not fun at all.
There was a study done somewhere where they found out that a human should fart about 15-20 times a day. |

happens to me all the time when im on the plane. annoying as hell. especially when a hotass girl is sitting right next to you ;) |

| 15-20 is fake its too much, i knew a person that would fart a minimum of 150+ times day, i told him he needed to go to the doctor but he just thought it was funny |
