Metaphors :) Music is often used like poetry where a meaning is there but not meant to be taken literally.
Same with Ian Van Dahl's Castles in the sky, "why do we build castles in the sky" = Metaphor for dreaming of something greater, high hopes, hopes resting on dreams, etc...
You people are tough :) Guess nobody ever read poetry here ;) |

Jeesh..can't believe someone mentioned "Sound Of Goodbye"!
I thought the lyrics in that were quite deep, much better than dust.wav, if you think about the meaning it DOES make a lot of sense.
If you can't work it out, you won't understand even if someone explains it.
