Not sure where though....

Maybe somewhere that hasn't been done before? Somewhere outdoors?

Howabout Daily Planet nightclub in Penrith! He could be backed up by DJ Victor Lopez and Nick Skitz, spinnin the latest RnB, and Hi NRG tracks! I'd be up for that!

Seriously I reckon indoor, PvD plays more the indoor style if you know what I'm saying. Just seems that way.

back on topic

the perth segment of itm is 90% wank.
djway
TA got his own thread....heheeh.....

venue 4 PvD, i'd prefer other, fall back 2 home, if it's @ gas, don't think i'll go. That place s me, heat, sweat dripping (happens there 2), cramped, bad vibe, no room, e bar, bad chill out, on_the_fooking_road.
jåcë
ill put my money on Gas getting him

to be honest im sick of both of them, I wouldnt mind a smallish outdoor venue.. something like the one at homebush where sasha played
skware
my vote would be ANU :) decent size, good bar, ...

Please NOT Gas :( I know I haven't been there before, but I have heard MANY MANY bad things about it from some other Sydney punters.

I wouldn't mind Home again, and being on a Saturday night as opposed to a Friday night, should cut down on the hard banging Sublime crowd.

I hope we find out soon tho.

Gas isn't that bad! It's definitely better than Dendy! How could you miss Armin and Ferry last year?

Isn't (or wasn't) Home's Saturday crowd a house music crowd?
Yeah Home is definitely a top-of-the-range venue, I'd prefer it there if it had to be in a club! Similarly for other solo DJ events e.g. Tiesto if he doesn't play at Two Tribes.

Did anyone automatically think dirty thoughts after reading that line?

Trust me... I wish I had gone to Sydney from the Gold Coast for both those guys. Time and money contraints..... :(

Works for me :)

ANU is good because the dance floor is relatively large and there is room around the bar to chillout and not be too noisy...

But if I have to go up to Sydney to see PVD... then so be it :D

Chookie
Yep, gas needs a makeover! It's looking very dodgy and dirty!

ITM are abit slow with news no doubt - hes playing in Sydney on the 29th.

As for venues - i agree with webmeister :P
Outdoors would be great but March is notorious for ing rain and that would not be appealing to be getting all wet whilst dancing (well to me anyways) :)

At this stage - IMO Home seems like the best bet.

Airconditioned
Crisp Clear Sound System
Bass that actually kicks

Some great responses - really valid points - keep it up - im really interested in what u lot have to say about this because as we speak Paul is busy trying to decide where he wants to play - assuming he wasnt happy with Greenwood last year. :conf:

BTW - does anyone else have the new PvD DvD Global CD?
Its ing awesome - cant wait till Feb!

:)
