this is kinda weird, one place says essential mix, the other says essential selection, which one is it. i think essential selection. It's at 12:30 PM so I can't make it- work - you know that annoying thing we gotta do to get paid.

| then it must be the Essential Selection. So shouldn't be Essential Mix. Unless they are gonna prerecord it on Friday night and play it back as the Essential Mix the next night. Tong has his moments is what I have heard - track selection wise, his mixing is pretty ok - not greatest by far. |

The Essential Selection is on Fridays, 1-4 pm EST (or more precisely, 1800 - 2100 GMT)
So the thing on that afternoon is probably the broadcast for the Essential Selection
The Essential Mix will probably be a set recorded from that night's event, then broadcasted the following evening
You'll probably hear either Tong and/or Onionz

If you make it to Ibiza, try to catch Pete Tong on the Space Terrace (most likely on a Sunday). I've heard that he is a lot better there than at other places. He sure had quite a following when I saw him there. |
