Views? this seems to be included in 99% of first person shooters (like UT, UT2k3 etc), how do u rate it?
I personally find it more of an annoyance than much else. 9/10 u end up charging to their base and getting the flag yourself as none of ur team seem capable of getting it, and it just seems a chor rather than enjoyable.
Personally UT's 'assult mode was very original and very enjoyable and even more so the new bombing run mode, that things a right laff :D |

I was in the best 2 assault clans there ever was .. Mi5 and ION :)
Oh, and assault was the best game type/mode ever made and there are 2 assault mods currently in production for ut2k3 ;)

Perhaps the problem is with your allies that dont do and not with the game type. Might it not be really fun if your allies actually helped out and worked as a team?
I personally thing CTF is decent, not my fav, but I like playing it once in a while. I also love DM or Team DM. |
