Hey kids,
I just read about Roland v-synth:
That thing looks kick-ass... Anyone knows what could be the price point for that??? I have a budget of about $2500 and wanted to get new set of keys for my "studio"... I am looking at Korg Triton Studio 61Key with 2 boards but this thing took me by storm and knocked the wind out of me.. all I could wisper was a raspy """ whooooaaaaaaa """ :eyespop:
so if u know a site where I can get some info, that'd be cool.
thnx! |

Yeah, I read that interview on sonic state, that was kool. I also visited v-synth (just to get more hyped up about it, as if it wasn't enough already) and maaaaaaaaaaan... I know that I'll be dreaming about that "gun turett" pad for nights, until I finally get my pawz on that thing... christ, I can't even get info from roland, since all of them are out at the NAMM show!!! no one is there to take my call...
whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa :( |

Spoke with Roland - MSRP $2695 :-/ not bad but after looking at www.opnlabs.com sorta started to have some second thoughts.
BTW, that opnlabs thingie looks interesting... but doesn't it kind of answer a question no one asked??? :-? |

yes and no...this keyboard actually got me to thinking about integrating soft-synth stuff into my setup...
main reason it is seemingly could open a wonderful door for live use of soft-synths etc...integrating the best of both worlds so to speak...
Pjotr G mentioned that it was nothing more than PC system in another thread...and that is basically all it is...but in such a compact "seemingly" user friendly device...
So maybe it answers a question that shouldv'e been asked...
I'm saving up for the v-synth as it better satisfies my current needs...mmmmm choice device!!! |
