Second time I'm doing this...sorry. I wanna thank all the ppl who reviewed the tunes I had up last time. I downloaded a few and was very happy with them. I have a few more tunes that I'd appreciate if anyone can review. (some are really old). Please include any relevant info...type of music, vocals/non vocals, comparisons with other tunes by the same producer, basically anything u want :)

2. aurora - ordinary world (gizeh mix)
3. junkfood junkies-the journey (future breeze remix)
4. Pacifica - Lost in the Translation (Quake Switch Mix)
5. Skynet UK - Holding on (Space Vocal Mix)

Aurora - Ordianry world
a remix of a Duran duran track from the 80's
much better than the original
Nice vocals in it, althou some may say its cheese
I like it :)

Gizeh remix being my favorite
Junkfood Junkies - the Journey ( future breeze remix )
I love this tune . . . its a cool mix with uplifting trends to it but not epic trance
Nice :)
Mea culpa - spirtual light (John "00" fleming )
smooth and ambient not a hard track but lifts u just nicely
William Hawk - return to innocence (Dumonde )
I have had this track for ages and i am glad u mentioned it cos i forgot how good it is :)
not sure what genre to put it in to
its a bit more than the normal trance , has an edge to it
but well worth having
Blank & Jones - The Nightfly not heard the mix u are asking about but the original has sweet female vocals in it nice to drift off and up away with, nice :)
Lost Witness - 7 colours (Moguai vocal Mix )
One word describes that Track SWEET |

9. William Hawk - return to innocence (Dumonde Remix) - Hard Trance, words: "Return to innocence....To the country of origin" throughout, typical Dumonde Remix, Rating 9/10 (I love Dumonde)
10. Factor 9 - release me (svenson & gielen mix) - Trance, words: "Release Me" thoughout, Rating 8/10
13. Blank and Jones - the nightlfy (pants and corset remix) - Trance, one of the better remixes of this song, Rating 8/10

This has helped a lot !!! And it's exactly what I wanted. I'm currently on a really crappy connection so it takes me an hour to d/l a song so I really need to choose my songs carefully. I'm into Trance and Progressive though I certainly like my share of Epic and Uplifting stuff. I don't really mind the vocal stuff as long as it's only a few vocals and not a whole song of singing (plus it helps if the vocals are female and sweet ;))
Do u mind reviewing the other tunes as well...It'll gimme a better idea of what to get tommorow when I D/L

some may deem this to be commercial, be it or not.. gizeh remixes usually deliver.. uplifting, vocals, etc..
if u like this.. try 4 Strings - Daytime (Gizeh Vocal)

this remix of this track is the best of all of them i'd say.. junkfood junkies have only recently popped outta nowhere.. and they're good.. good friends with future breeze

following the Whoop! tradition of nice bubbling progressive house, this is nice.. part of a 2part vinyl.. this is one of the nicer mixers.. with the vocals.. as suggested by the title.. if u like this... try Cabala - Dark Blue
6. Mea Culpa - Spiritual Light (John00 Fleming Mix)
Mea culpa + john fleming = theoretically amazing.. but... this kinda disappointed me a bit.. seemed like it was missing something
7. Digitale - New York Doll (Thrillseekers Remix)
this is a nice track too... thrillseekers yet again delivering a smooth trancer... if u like this... try
Blank & Jones - Beyond Time (THrillseekers mix)
8. Agenda - Heaven (Liquid Child Mix )
liquid child have been kinda quiet throughout the years... but nonetheless.. a nice mix..
all the mixes to this track have been consistent... the Lange mix being strongest in my opinion, Sakin and Friends mix also pretty good, with a more tumbling Resistance D mix
9. William Hawk - return to innocence (Dumonde Remix)
uplifting tune.. but it gets boring after a while.. but dumonde keep it up with their strong mix..
10. Factor 9 - release me (svenson & gielen mix)
a classic track.. nothing to say except its quality..
11. Three n one - rise and shine (billy hendrix mix)

12. Deal - Shine (extended mix-vinyl)
AMAZING vocal track... one of my favorites of last month..

13. Blank and Jones - the nightlfy (pants and corset remix)
a typically hard and pounding pants and corset mix.. if u want to hear a quality pants and corset production..
try "SAcrilege".. paul van dyk played that early last year at Golden and blew the roof off
14. Oliver Lieb - Lightspeed (John Johnson Mix)
original mix was quality.. john johnson adds a more subtle progressive bassline to it
15. Lost Witness - 7 Colours (Moguai Vocal Mix) |
i don't like this track.. kinda mainstream.. and yes.. its vocal... but the video for this is nice =p
