L@terZ y'all | Sorry bud but I was a Personal instructor and you can start lifting weighs at any age . And I will tell you this alot of these fitness instructors don`t know what they are talking about . And if any one needs any help just ask me . |

| I try to work out every day,except on sundays,too tired of the nite before :D,just the feeling you get when you leave the gym,is priceless,I feel so *ing good then,and I met a lot of nice peepz there,so don't think I will be quiting soon,and I even got to put up some cd's :D:D |

LoL yeah start with weights.. but dont push it.. use the smallest weights etc.. ya cant start like a 20 year old would start..
aanndd yr quite right about the fitness instructors..
One tells me to let the weights come to my chest the other one tells me to let the weights pass my chest! Oh yeah ofcourse... lol...
btw.. ill ask my eehh (whats that called) relative.. my sisters husband.. he was a fitness instructor 2.. now he is some sort of business consultant lol..

yea... it has been... and ive been taking creatine pills... haha i took 6 at once because i figured "what the hell can it hurt to take the whole days dosage at once"...
then i read the label and saw that each pill contained the equal amount of caffeine found in a vivarin lol |

When you take Creatine you should loadup for a week with 30gms a day 10gms a dose , then 5 gms from then on for the month then repit it . You should put on 3-4 kgs of lean muscle on in the week when you load , |

uhhhh i used to run track when i was 15(5yrs ago)
i take advantage of the fact im skinny and for some unknown reason i have muscle.. but when i do work out i love it.. i love lifting weights.. but im lazy so that doesnt happen very often. peace! |
