Should I strip everything off of my car and get a Vastax vinly cutter? Vinly cutter cost $10,000 USD. I could be making load of $$$....By selling records such as...AYU - M e.p. (all the rare ones)

hate to burst your bubble....but i would say no:
1) that's crazy! to profit up to 10,000$ on vinyl is pretty damn hard..think....maybe 10 bucks a vinyl, that's still 1000 records you gotta sell to get back ur money. more plus how many blank wax you have to buy (they are not as cheap as you think)
2) the quality of your cutting depends on the original you have...so if you try cutting your mp3s to vinyl, it's gonna sound so incredibly bad..... |

and
3) copying vinyls for anything other than promotion of new artists or I guess personal use, so selling them would come into it, you would be doing it illegally and u'd have ur ass busted within weeks, easily, so unless u wanna be young meat for a middle aged murderer, dont give up the day job |

i read somewhere that it cuts acetate discs and not the normal vinyl discs? and the cutting stylus isn't so cheap and needs frequent replacing... :conf: :conf:
besides who mixes with acetates? you'll end up with just a track full of hiss after a few spins.
yeah, and record blanks aren't exactly cheap like cd blanks. |
