hi !
at samplecity I found a thread about an AIRBASE REFILL for Reason with a size of 204MB ( must be lots of sounds or great multisampled pads...)
unfortunately it is offline...:( :whip:
I wonder if some of you already have it and could give a review about the sounds in there.
Perhaps Airbase finds his way to this thread and can tell us more...

I have had it... but i found it total . I dont think he uses those samples... maybe one or two. BTW all samples are in .wav format and are 7.3 MB, there isnt any patches.

7.3Mb , I read about 204Mb, are we talking about the same refill...?

if i understood it right Dave said that the refill contained .wav files that is 7.3MB |

Hey guys!
I use these sounds alot. They are nordlead sounds all of them, and no, they are not as waves, they are rex-patches for the NN-sampler. I can instantly recommend the bass sequence-sounds and all the trance leads sounds. The refill is big, and each sounds is indeed very big, but it leaves you with an amazing sound quality for at least 5 octaves, one sample for every note!
These instruments are not for long notes, these are for rapid rifs etc. You got to do some tweaking, you just cant feed the sampler with a patch and hope it sounds the way you want from the beginning. Add some EQ, edit some filter envelope, give it some delay (double of course) and some reverb and compression etc!

I was going to say the same thing as airbase.....tweaking!!!...never expect a sound to sound good from the beginning..
but anyway have you tried to search the webb and find it somewhere else? |

i searched kazaa, soulseek and google. nothing. ah well, i hope it will be on the new airbase site...
