I use AOL Instant Messenger all the time. (well, actually DeadAIM so i dont have adds)
Are there any other programs or utilities to optimize AIM? Like the DC++ of AIM? |

| i use AIM+ - removes ads, cloning abilities, + history. quite a nice addy |

another alternative is gaim get it from below
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gaim/
its nice and opensource and runs on linux as well! and you can have aim/msn/yahoo/icq/irc and the kitchen sink running in it as well

dude, back when i was playing around with linux, i took a look at the manuals, and there was a question in the faq that went something like this:
"how do i install a coffee brewer on linux"
and they had a detailed description, and even pictures.
i was like WTF???? you lazy geekass bastards!! :D :D :D |
