Rochester Institute of Technology and the Olsen twins were the subject today of a fake CNN.com site that claimed the Olsen sisters would attend RIT. The site included a typical press picture of the girls, RIT's logo and well-written text.
After RIT’s Admissions Office investigated the alleged "news," Director Daniel Shelley says, "We have no record of the Olsen twins applying to the university, but we certainly welcome them to do so.
"However, they would have to prove successful in a rather rigorous college-preparatory program in order to be accepted." |

I have a friend that goes to Pitt, and that link is a fake. That page is posted on the personal webspace of a student at Pitt, not the official Pitt website. The "~nrl1" in the url is the Student ID of the person who is responsible for the space. This specific webspace belongs to:
