what do people use soundforge / cooledit for?

| i think it should be whatyou feel more confortable with. and you like how it works. some like cool edit, some like sounforge. others like wavelab. etc. |

I use it to cut my samples, and make them optimal before putting them into my sampler :D
+ bizarre effects on them |

| i use soundforge to create sound effects for my websites and to clean up tracks....i f*ckin love it, u can also mpg or avi files through it to extract the sound |
