My computer is attacking my computer?????

why would norton internet security keep telling me that there is an intruder trying to get into my computer..the intruders IP address is mine and when i track it..it tracks it right back to me.

| no its my computer physical IP address .. and im not on a network ...just my puter and my cable modem are hooked together. if i go to ipconfig..the address it gives me for my computer is the same exact address as norton is telling me that is attacking my computer |

nah it just said invalid IP is trying to connect..i redid the settings for internet explorer and that seemed to fix it..i was finding that my firewall wasnt letting me open links that were going to open in a new window.
any..i thought it was funny that i was trying to hack myself ad still was unsuccessful and that i could track the hack back to me..that cross hair was right over my house. |

now im getting that IP trying to attack my ...its saying its some web trends thing...what the . im coming up with a firewall..that will plant a virus in someones computer when they try to break into mine |

| it could well be some spyware maybee, run ad aware and give ur system a search |

When installin firewalls make sure u do it as soon as u have installed windows, otherwise u prob have spyware on yr comp, and it is doin gay things like this
The best firewall i installed on my 56k wouldnt let me connect to my isp coz i had spyware, lol
So always good to start a fresh, then the firewall stops any spyware from gettin onto your system :D
