Orlando clubs

Hiya,
Im coming over to Orlando for a week on Fri 7th Feb and was wondering if any clubs are worth visiting??? I have looked at Icon in Orlando but no listings are up.
Being a regular at Godskitchen UK its gotta be on the same lines e.g. trance.
Anyone got any ideas???
btw, got a new CD sorted with loads of upfront records, if anyone in Orlando is interested i'll be bringing a few copies with me :cool:

| you'll either have to drive down to Miami (4hrs down south) or wait until Feb 21st in Gainesville (90min up north) for Edgar V (very similar to PvD) to be sure to get some trance,... its Flordia and Orlando at that, best you'll probably find is prog/house or if you want breaks drive to Tampa,... trance is few and far between.... sorry |

| Dude i dont know what your talking about Orlando has a awesome club scene Icon/tabu/cairo. I thought GA was a bi monthly resident somewhere up there aswell. |

GA was a bi-monthly res. for about 2 months,.. but Icon has a good dj roll through there once every 3 months or so, seems pretty rare, and the others i have never known to have a good dj appear, maybe im just not informed or our tastes of music are different....but to me Orlando is pretty lame, last good thing i remember was Tall Paul and Bad Boy Bill at the House of Blues,.. |

Does anyone know where PVD is playing because hes coming to orlando for his global tour, anyone have a clue where hes spinning i would think ICON but i could be wrong.

ok ill let Sasha slide b/c he is really good, but he was up against like PvD in miami or something, BT is crap, and ive seen Bill Hamel in Gville he was fair at best, too housey for me,... i do give Icon its credit they have flashes of brilliance every now and again |

Just got back from a night at GodsKitchen with Armin Van Buuren & Ferry Corsten playing 2 hour sets then 2 hours B2B! Think its gonna be a hard task to beat this :D

| Hope you like Hip Hop. ICON and CAIRO are now HIP HOP. Only thing left is AKA lounge, alpha bar, and maybe Tabu on sat nights. Other than that Orlando has nothing to offer TA's. Except for the occasional shows at HOB or Hard Rock. |
