They were spot on about Sweden. Due to the zero-tolerence policy it's even illegal to have any traces of THC in your blood.

your right. Although you dont really see it..its a little more taboo than compared to the rest of EU or North america....at least thats how it was when i went there last year

Yes, drugs and the legalization issue is very much taboo here. More so than bigger part of Europe at least. It's impossible to have a discussion on this in the media. You'll get branded as drug liberal faster than you can blink and then nobody wants to listen to you. Thing is, more and more youths are going abroad these days, experiencing the rich club life of Europe and meeting these other cultures where drugs isn't as stigmatized. They try experiment and realize they are not dead nor immediatly addicted to it. Plus some realize the double standards in allowing drugs such as alcohol and tobacco while keeping other drugs as marujiana highly illegal. Most research seems to point at alcohol and tobacco beeing much more destructive than marujiana and those of you who tried probably agree.
