Like I always say, electronic music in the states serve for these purposes:

1) Background music for TV programs
2) Background music for movie previews
3) Background music for stores
4) Background music

But nowhere is it ever a music genre that you can listen to on your stereo or CD player. Weird. Its like its only used to market products.

My dad was watching CSI last week and I just went downstairs to grab something and I heard Flight 643 playing. There were investigating some murder in a strip club I think and that was the track in the background. I was ing stunned.

I've also heard some trance in the background for when TSN does sports highlites. Ive found myself getting lost in the music rather then the highlites :haha:

I was watching the simpsons today with marge getting buff and kicking everyone's ass at moe's. When they were showing everyone all beaten up they played a little of William Orbit - Barber's Adagio For Strings.

A very strange place they played some trance was at this place call palace park. They were playing The Quest - C Sharp.
