how do i find out the ip of my router..the router is in the other room with another computer..how do i find its ip thorugh this comp?

| Not sure how you do that. You might have to check its manual. Usually it is 192.168.1.1 although that might differ depending on the router. |

Try running a Traceroute to find out the router's IP. It should be the first real IP after the first 192 address hop.
its Start>Run>type in "tracert google.com" (or any other working address... doesnt matter) to check it.. |

| yea actualy i was trying to get the original cable modem ip..but i dont know if i really need it..im trying to configure shoutcast cause im on a network |
