My BTopenworld Broadband has gone Shit !

| Ive had BT Broadband for bout a Year , and it started off really fast , average download speed was 50/70Ks minimum, Now im getting 10/20Ks , ive updated all my drivers and everything else but it still sux , im paying £30 - 50$ approx per month, surley i should be getting a decent connexion for this. Anyone else on this service, I cant get NTL in my street coz its a new building estate. im sure gremlins have taken over my bandwidth. |

| could well be the line quality between the exchange and ur computer has gone downhill, email tech support at bt, youll get more help there rather than ere |

BT Broadband support desk are useless i ran up a £30 bill just tried to contact them for 2 months. |

bt broadband is a bit e - but most people dont have a choice and even if they do ntl is worse.
freeserve broadband isnt a choice as its exactly the same - all adsl is provided by bt in the uk. |
