how do you guys buy the tickets for the event? i tried ticketmaster and they said they don't sell tickets for montreal concerts
do they even sell tickets in advance? |

hi there :)
try to buy them at "aritmetik" in cours mont-royal on peel and st catherine. i think they are on the 3rd floor.
if anyone is meeting up in sona..drop a line in this forum...im know im going with 4 girls and 2 guys!...so a bigger group would be even better :)

Since this event has tickets, I would expect it to be easier to get in.. (but then again, I'm just assuming)

| Looking to meet up with some Montreal TA's for this event. I'm going to be in Montreal on business next week (What a week to be there) from Toronto. So I'm gonna be there by myself, but there's no way I'm missing PvD and Max especially on Sona's system. Have to work Friday so I have will power and will refrain from remaing there ALL night, but at least a good portion. |

ok, i got the flyer in front of me...
so we got Genie (Chug Records - Mtl) from 11-1
Paul Van Dyk (Vandit/Mute - Berlin) from 1-4
then Max Graham (Hope - UK) from 4-6
there are 1000 advance tix, and they are 25 bucks
if you cant get an advance ticket, then its 35 at the door.
try ordering your ticket online at www.admission.com
cause i dont think they are selling them at stores in TO, only montreal.
sona has a website: www.clubsona.com
its at 1439 Bleury
try throwing that into mapquest, and it should give you an idea of where it's at.
in terms of where to stay, that is up to you. do you have any friends in mtrl you could stay with? or just pick up a hotel to stay at for a night. there are lots of hotels in the downtown area, that are like 15 min walk/5 min cab from sona, so lodging shouldnt be a problem.
why dont all the TA's meet up and go together? |

| Hotels will be tight, that is the start of the Canadian Grand Prix weekend in Montreal. I'm having trouble finding an available place right now. |

OMG!! no en wonder why all the hotels are booked!! i'm in the same boat as you, i can't find a place to stay. i knew something fishy had to be going on that week, because usually hotels in montreal aren't all booked. geez, this is gonna be one large task now.
