| Has nebody used this soft synth, iv just been playing with it today and it seems fookin awesome, simple to use and understand and fat as . Very good for making dirty leads, iv got a virus and id definatley say it matches it for them dark trance sounds used by the likes of kai traccid and asys. Has anybody else been using this? |

I tried the demo version, you can certainly get som nice sounds from it. didn't like how the filter worked tho.. (maybe i did something wrong)..

| what about the filter didnt you like? just curious. Iv just been flicking through the presets and getting to grips with how all the modulation works but so far made its producing some great sounds. Although id like to see some people get some clean sounds out of it as everything i get out of it has a lot of top end noise. |

some unique sounds from it
and it has a really big soundbank with it.

lets see
using vaz almost exclusively with every track
but right now
it would have to be Albino
im using it alot lately
and really like the sounds iv gotten from it

Its ALL about the Zeta.
The modulation table is superb, the LFO shapes are infinitely variable, and the waveshaping is pretty cool although I havent found a use for it. That, and this is the most obese sounding soft I've ever heard.
-6 oscillator groups with x 8way multimode+ seperate unison detune for each group = 48 oscillators. You can pretty much out a quick trance lead just by using one multisaw shaped oscillator with the 8x multimode and about 60% detune.
-Stereo Filters in an assload of slopes, QUALITY distortion.
-the routing of the env->(veloc)(slope)->filter was sort of confusing at first, what with all the modulation depth/slope settings (such as lin+/-, quick+/-, 1oct+/-, 4oct+/-)
-Onboard EVERYTHING, 3 SEPERATE STEREO CAPABLE DELAY CHANNELS MAN!
-Awesome presets
Don't get me wrong though, I like the albino too :-)

| I only have the Albino demo version, but it seems like a great synth, but atm I prefer the Z3ta! It has some nice presets which make a very phat saw after some tweaking. I liiiiike it :) |
