so sorry i brought him by so late. Orkidea is such a nice guy, and i haven't seen him in so long that it was nice to spend some time with him while he was in town. thanks ari for your patience.
his set at alto basso was, bar none, above and beyond what many dj's aspire to achieve, and as a person behind the decks, he is what many people dream to become.
this evening solidified, in my mind, what i'm sure many that did not realize now have, that orkidea will take the world by storm. especially with TR(both TR's) behind him the way i see.
his style is versatile. his track selection is incredible. his programming skills are on par with, or perhaps beyond, many of the greatest dj's in the world. and behind it all he has a class about him that draws people to him.
that said, let's see where this goes in the next few years. i know i'll be silently watching from the background with my eyes open and my fingers crossed. ;)
if you heard him at Viva, AND at Alto Basso, then you know what i'm talking about. if you only caught Viva, then i wish i could relate the brilliance. if.....only.....the....set....was......recorded. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHH!!!! ;)

yes.. his Alto Basso set was very fluidly incredible as well. that nite was just some surreal .. hearing him in such an intimate atmosphere with a handful of TA's was something else..
