Elo, just polishing off a remix at the moment.
As its a hard trance song, i dont really wana put straight forward vocals in as they are quite soft. I was given a tip by ralph frige, he sed he used a program that changed the formants of a vocal in his track Angel to get that robot like voice! Anyone know of such a program or if there is another way to do it?
Thanx for your help in advance

OhmForce OhmBoys does some pretty funky stuff...
not really a true vocoder, i think it is a
delay plugin, but it does some funky stuff reguarless |

Auto-Tune isn't really a Vocoder. It's designed to fix off-pitch singing.
The Robot Voice is pretty easy to accomplish. I've never gotten around to using the Orange Vocoder, but I'm sure it would be able to do a lot better than a robot voice. Just a reminder, its VST, so you'll need a VST host to run it. |

if you own Reason 2.0. you can soon get the update with a 512 Band vocoder ( or become beta beta tester right now )...dunno if this a good machine for such fx, will have to wait till the update is available...
