Yep, I've known about this for about a month. I know the club owner Bryan and he's got the contract and everything so its a go!!
I could hardly believe it when this was announced, I seriously thought it was a joke! Necto is really small but its a great club and has a great vibe like no other place I've been. Its such a small place but the owner is doing a great job of pulling in international talent to Detroit. Just saw Dave Ralph there last night, Dayhota the week before, DJ Irene before that, and Starecase before that!! In the past Max Graham, Seb Fontaine, Crystal Method. And upcoming lineup:

| ive never been to necto personally but i know ppl who go regularly. it is small, ill tell you that. there isnt going to be pre sale for this ive been told so its first come first serve. doors open at 9, and there are different prices for 21+ and then 18-21. 30$ for 21+ and 40$ for 18-21 because they need to try and make money at the bar. they cant do pre sale when they have two different prices. i for one have to get an id for this because im only 17 and 1/2 and this is just too good to miss. traveling from chicago, i dunno if this would be the place to make a road trip, because of the fact there will be people who come late and get shut down bc it will be sold out. there is going to be massive, abosolutely massive lines. im not trying to tell you not to come, but if you do get here early. |

i go to school here in ann arbor, and necto is our only club to bring in good djs. ive known about pvd coming here for a while too, but i didnt know the date. ive heard of alot of other really good djs coming up too. just need alot of people to come :) dave ralph was a few nights ago and it seemed like hardly anyone was there. so i hope more of you guys start coming..

Nice venue, good DJ's, cheap drinks ($1 Long Islands until 11 on Thurs. nights), great music.
I like Necto, because it is the only club in Michigan who still brings in big name DJs regularly. Since the Columbus show was cancelled, I'll definitely be going to this. Wait, like I'd miss it anyways :) |

Yeah, I couldn't believe it when Bryan said there won't be presale tickets for this thing. But there really is no other way to do this when you have 2 different prices. He says it will be fine this way, but think its gonna be insane! Personally, I think he should do presale and just charge $40 for everyone.
I've pretty much been a weekly permanent fixture at this place for a while, the crowd is great, the staff is great, the DJs are great and its never over crowded. I'm not gonna miss this, I will be getting there early. I just thank god its in April and won't be freezing out.
Someone has told me that someone AMAZING is coming in April/March after PvD was announced!! I don't know who yet but I can't imagine anything more amazing than PvD. |

| nothing is better than pvd but maybe tiesto will be coming back after playing here at area 2? or maybe they can pull armin or ferry in. after you get pvd in i mean holy i can just imagine the possibilites. |
