Yes it did actually, grab the original PSone controller and then grab the DualShock2...feel the difference? DualShock2 is more confortable. Plus the DualShock2 features pressure sensitive buttons amongst other changes like longer grip handles.
I hope that Sony releases an official wireless DualShock2 in the near future because GCN's "Wavebird" controller is NICE! |

I only got that picture from it , I never said there was anything else on that site . I posted it 'cause I thought someone will have some information regarding it , like wether it was the real thing or not , etc - PS2 is my favorite game platform . |

there is no information regarding the PS3 other than the fact that they're working on it. Thats not the design, I'm sure of it. Right now they're in the preliminary stages; designing the internal architecture and so on. Someone actually told me that it'll have a 260GHZ (yes, gigahertz) CPU and thats bull. Don't believe anything you read, I've seen websites make up stories like there's no tomorrow.
The only 1 credible site for gaming info is IGN. They never feed their readers with BS like some other sites.
:haha: Someone from IGN's message boards made this up. There was a contest thread to design Nintendo's upcoming system. After this one was submitted, there've been sites that have actually claimed that they got a hold of the final design and spec's of Nintendo's next system :rolleyes:. Personally, I actually like this design. A few things could be changed here and there, but other than that, I wouldn't mind if Nintendo *did* infact use this. |

Damn, if that system is real then I think its gonna be a huge impact on the gaming world. The one question I have is wether or not its running on dvd or some dumb propriety technology? But then again, this is only a preliminary info, or maybe not. We'll just have to wait to see what happens in the next year. And yeah, all that info about the Ps3 and its supposed capabilities are way farfetched. Next year we will see exactly what the game companies have to offer. |

well, the person that made that up the specs; the media that it uses is 'blue-ray' discs; about 12GB capacity. Heheh |

its not real dude.... infinity even said that it was made up in the original post with it.
back to ps3: we'll start hearing a lot of noise probably around E3 in may, and then more prolly at the fall tokyo game show. the design (outward appearance) is the last thing thats finalised, there is no way that that is it. especially with the 2 controler ports....sony isnt going to make that mistake again.
and about the pic being sent by inter??? wtf is that??? ibm and toshiba are partering with sony to produce the new chip. its been dubbed "the cell" because supposidly some of its variants will be able to work in tandem and produce major computing power. |
