2 New Models from Behringer(MIXERS)
djx400 (2 Channel)
dx626 (3 Channel)
Hi guys.. does anyone know about these 2 mixers? .. i originally wanted to get the VMX300 .. but behringer says that they dont have stocks for them and that it will take more then a month to get it.
Strangely these 2 mixers are priced at the same range. so strange.
So guys.. if not for these 2 mixers .. which mixer should i get? ... im thinking of Numark 3002 .. should i get that? .. i only need a 3channel mixer .. |

They're priced at the same range?
Strange... from what I can tell by just looking at the pictures and specs, the djx400 and djx626 look like slightly simplified versions of the vmx200 and 300, respectively.
Off the top of my head, the 626 doesn't have individual channel meters as the vmx300 has, and it doesn't have kill switches.
I recommend you get the vmx300 instead of the 626 (or the 200 if you want 2 channels only). Patience is a virtue! I have a 300, works wonderfully.
Maybe someone else will have more to say on these new "djx" mixers. |

yea ..true, they are no kill switches on that thing. maybe someone else has more inputs
i have been searching the forum and alot of people are giving quite lousy remarks on the 3002x ... and one user even said, if you spinning trance NEVER EVER EVER EVER buy numark.
arghh .. |

| Ah yes, if your dilemma is Numark vs. Behringer, I definitely say go with Behringer, for the reasons you yourself outlined. Numark just doesn't make good mixers. |

| The first thing that was going through my mind, after seeing the DX626 was, why does it look like the Gemini PS-626i ? |

...hmmm, this is quite interesting.
I was taking a look at the specs for the DX626, and I think it's better (for less money) than the VMX-200 that I purchased for a few reasons:
- Three channels
- It has simultaneous cue and master level meters, my VMX-200 doesn't (sort of)
- Looks like it has L & R balance for out, as well as a monitor level dial
- Has the 12v lamp jack, would have loved to have that on my mixer
Anyways, happy with the Behringer that I bought, so I'm inclined to recommend the brand name. |

I think if you are thinking along the lines of Numark, go with the Numark Matrix 3. I have the Matrix 3 and I love it. Just my opinion though :tongue2 |
