Question! Is this an old tune or new tune? i just got it on promo vinyl and i wanted to know if its a remake or if its a new tune

It was featured on gatecrashers "experience" album fairly early last year.
Its now out on DUBIOUS records, goto www.juno.co.uk or www.chemicalrecords.co.uk to purchase a copy
I think its a masterpiece!
