| I dont care what u say i somtimes listen to them. Need some good chill out music every now and then. Anyway i heard they are putting out an new album. So someone fill me in. |

Ummmm... When you say them, are you referring to Nick Bracegirdle collaboration with Disco Citizens, or are you referring to Nick by himself?

Eehh.. Nick IS Disco Citizens, it's not a collaboration. Usually Chicane is just Nick alone, but he has joined up with a few artists on some of his tunes, like with Ray "Madman" Hedges on Strong In Love for example. And then with Salt Tank on Leaving Town (aka Pueblo Blanco). Nick has also co-produced a few remixes by Tom "Tomski" Jankiewicz, and Tomski co-produced a few Chicane remixes as well. Nick was also the executive producer of Tomski feat. Jan Johnston - Love Will Come. And after all these, Nick is also known as Rebel Transcanner (he remixed Tomski - 14 Hours To Save The Earth under this alias). And even this isn't all yet.. he is also one of the writers & producers of Sitvac - Wishful Thinking and Mr Joshua pres. Espiritu - In Praise Of The Sun (French version of this is known as Mr Joshua pres. Vanessa St. James - Toujours Le Soleil). One of the strangest things he has done, have been his productions to Cher (eeww!!), even if the tunes themselves are decent. He will also produce some tunes of the forthcoming Bryan Adams album.
And for the thread, i'm also looking forward to the new album. He has never disappointed me so far. ;) A rumour has told me that the album name will most likely be Easy to Assemble. It includes tracks like Spirit (feat. Jewel), Daylight, Arizona, Love On The Run (feat. Peter Cunnah of D*Ream). Arizona pt.1 is on the UK CD2 of Love On The Run, dunno if it is on the 12".. |
