| If you dont all ready, try taking up reading. I can never fall asleep until I hav read something! It helps me relax alot and puts me in the mood to fall asleep. I hope this helps and if not I hope u sort it out ASAP :) |

this is so true.. like after clubbing i come home and its been well over 24 hours since i got some sleep, and before i go collapse and die i check my mail or something, and its like pc does something to me and its hours till i can get some sleep after that.. bleh |

What i do when I cant sleep is throw on a psytrance cd and put in my earbuds.
It seriously puts me in a crazy state of trance that just makes me sleep. |

| Hmmm reading doesn't help, I've tried that. It just makes my eyes water after a while. I'll have to try the 5htp thing. I've taken it before but it wasn't for sleeping :D |
