At the end of the day the age limit is there to protect young people from abuse at the hands of adults. Sure there are probably many 15 year olds mature enough to manage their own sex life but the line has to be drawn somewhere.
But as Vesa says, if you're inside a club and a girl tells you she's a certain age I don't think you can be blamed for beliving her (unless she's 3ft tall with no or something :D). |

Girls have such an easy time getting in no matter what age they are. They just wanna fill the clubs with young girls, why do you think they have clubnights where for guys you gotta be 21 + but for girls you gotta be 18 +

You can shed responsibility on the bouncers: they are professionals and if they let her in, then how could you doubt her age.
And her parents are unlikely to sue because they would have to answer how their daughter runs around town at nighttime using false official documents ;)
If she's grown up enough to arrange her entry, she's also fair game for ing, as far as I'm concerned.
