| I just got the news that Fischerspooner will be coming to the Guvernment Tuesday April 8th. The first gig of their tour. I'm all smiles now. Couldn't be happier. |

Cool. I wouldn't mind checking them out if I'm not busy that weekend. I've only heard Emerge so I'm curious as to how their sets would sound.

Fischerspooner - Emerge <- download that
They're a progressive/techno group from NYC. I really don't know much about them but they're debut album is supposed to be very good. |

| Fischerspooner are an elctro outfit. besides "emerge" you might know tracks "The 15th" and "sweetness". You can check out the video for "emerge" at Launch; it will give you an idea of how kitchy they are. Or check out www.fischerspooner.com. |

Emerge is a very good song minus the fruity crackhead 70's english vocals.
Mauro mixed it about a year and a half ago off the maximal cd.
Other then Emerge, I really dont know anything else from fischerspooner. They have a good sound, very origional! |

| I'm hoping they put on the same show they had running for a couple weeks in NYC- I think it was more of a fell theatrical experience/ art as opposed to just some people plugging away on their keyboards. |
