No, Taha, it's not the one! The one i am talking about is completely progressive tune, it has very nice vocals in it. I remember that i stood next to u and with the first beats u and Zing started sing it, even tho the actual vocals did not start yet. I cant get this song out of my head for two days now :whip: When Fountaine started playing it the whole place went crazy :) , I wont sleep today:)

Well I was there at 1:00am and I thought I recognized one of you Montreal TA's in the Guest list line. Tall guy with Glasses and shaved head. There was about 10 of us there from Toronto waiting for Luk Fair to arrive so he could give the guy his list. Anyways I was there and by reading some of yoru reviews I think I have a totally different outlook on the night.

Wasn't a big fan of Aria the first time I was there ( Danny Howells last year) This year I was a little more impressed the sound was excellent and the vibe was allright. A lot of shirtless wonders! Anyways made the trip down to Montreal and got in for free thanks to Luke Fair's Guest list. Luke opened up with a bang dropping his new mix of Mary J Blidge and a wicked track "The Beat Goes on..." Anyways Seb came on and totally put me to sleep, didn't even sound like he was mixing his tracks, all sounded the same. I think I sat for most his boring ass set.
Danny arives at around 6:00am with his little touque on smiling away and waving at the crowd...then slammed us with a stellar prog/techno set!! Hard and relentless is how some explained dropped his now famous "nobody listens to techno" with a nice twist to it. He was having a blast behind the decks and I heard he played for 45mins after they turned the lights on. What a DJ. Anyways didn't make it for the Guv show as planned but I heard he rocked it there.
So glad I made the trip to Aria and can;t wait till he is back in town again - a true crowd pleaser!

I was looking for some TA's behind the Decks but was too into the set. I was upfront and center with my girlfriend dancing away. I had my NY Yankees full back on and was hoping someone would remember and come up and say hi. We also chilled with our Montreal crew who spent most of the time in the DJ booth. Julian and J.F if any of you guys know them?? Well I can honeslty say I will be back in Montreal soon. The chicks weren;t totally naked, they were less.
Peace

My 1st time to aria was amazing. All of the ppl in my group noticed how nice the staff was. At no point in the night did I wait in line for anything (which def. would not have happened if i had stayed in TO to see Howells). I met no TA's. b/c the pics wouldn't load so I didn't know who to look for. I looked for Shawzy's Yankees hat but I didn't see him. Did anyone see me? My pics are in my profile-- same top and everything!

I liked the layout of the club, esp the dj booth...the club has a more 'raw' look/feel than Guv or System which I liked. It wasn't too packed to dance at any point which I really appreciated. I like the way Montreal ppl party altho at times I felt that I could not keep up..I was spent by 10am. Everyone had a lot of energy and the mtl boys were charming.

Luke fair's set was ok but I was totally digging fontaine and howells...could hardly stop dancing.

I will definately be back for a 2nd helping of aria in the summer...maybe next time I will meet some of you.
cheers,
cs

how could you guys miss me :( I had the video camera. I would've shown you the rest of the TA crew :/

charmscars: I think i remember seeing you, in the middle of the dance floor near the dj booth?
