Me and my russian-speaking friends want Swamper to create "Russian forum", if you agree with us - please vote ! We need your support! |

This isnt the way new local scene forums are added. anyone can vote for a new forum in this poll reguardless if they are russian or not. you have to proove to swamper that you will have atleast 15 regular posting russian memebers and then he'll make you a forum.
Make a thread in site suggestions about a russian forum, and have all the russian members who will use it post once (dont turn it into a proper thread), just all post once and then when swamper goes thro it and see you have enough active members (im presuming u do) to warrent a new forum he should grant it you. |

swamper, the russians have like 30 posters for a local forum and theyve heard nothing from you about if they can have one or not, i said id ask on their behalf, whats the score?

local scenes are not determined by language spoken
but by geographic region the members are in
