you know what? i was watching some more of that Laci whatserface missing case and i got pissed off. is she some kind of really important person? or just an everyday mom? cuz if she is just some random person, then why the hell are they making this such a big ing deal? i bet you if they had a missing fat, ugly women who was pregnant, cnn wouldnt give a flying about her.
but since we have a lovely couple on our hands...
what about the thousands of other children, women, and men missing?
there must be a lot, i see those "Have you seen me?" posters up all over stores and get them in the mail as well. is that all they get?
correct me if im wrong, i just gave this a little bit of thought. |

the majority of missing persons are either children who were kidnapped by one of their estranged parents, homeless, runaways...and yes, it is unfair that this case is so highly publicized, but every missing person can't be on the national news. this is such a high end case because the husband is suspected, she was pregnant, adultery was involved....etc. my heart goes out to any missing person's family and i don't think its right to say "why is she so important?" i bet if she were your mom, you would think different...show some compassion people... |

everyone is equally important, thats why its unfair to give one person so much attention.
it still sucks that she is missing. i wouldnt wanna have that happen to any of my family/friends
but this is getting ridiculous |

| I hate our news, they cover something to death and then cover it some more just for the of it. Then when you think it's safe to turn it on for latest headlines...BAM back again and again and again and again.......you get the picture. |

Yes I feel there is too much coverage being put on this story and there are thousands upon thousands of missing people in this country and it's a shame but let's face it, this is a virtual treasure trove of human interests here (pregnant, adultery, etc.) and as such it will get air time.
Doesn't make it right though. |
