Okay here's my share, although many people know that Burritos are Mexican they are actually from the northern part of the country (Monterrey, Tijuana, and stuff), Tacos are Universal in Mexico but there are other delicious things such as the "POzole" wich is a kind of soup with corn, pork, in an spicy juice, or the "enchiladas" which vary from state to stae but the general idea is a tortilla with meat (chiken or beef) soaked in tomato sauce or spicy sauce (depends) with meltd cheese and cream, or else we also have other great thngs like the "chiles en nogada" which are kinda fancy and difficult to make but delicious. and as every country we also have weird things like the eggs from a certain type of ant (escamoles) and other gross stuff.
Those are my 2 cents. |
