the problem is not in what people like, the problem is that people follow the hype too blindly and get biased towards tracks, and therefore, when the tracks don't meet their incredible expectations,, people start to hate the track.
that's what i expect to happen with matrix 2 & 3, sorta. right now it looks like absolutely everybody can't wait for the sequels and that the sequels will kill all other box-office records. personally, i think that because of all the hype people will be disappointed, but i'll go into the theater and enjoy the movie, because i, for one, am not expecting anything, except a great plot ;) |

No, I don't only like prog. In fact, prog is the genre I like the least (I think...).
I don't really listen to music by genres, I like what I like and I don't like what I don't like.
I'm not saying I _hate_ Southern Sun, though - it's an OK track, but I just don't see what caused all the hype around it... it's an average track, the sort that gets released every week - it just got hyped because of the names behind it...

...and that's all right by me - everyone has their opinion and just because I say something doesn't mean you have to agree with it.
I just don't think Southern Sun was the track of last year and that's all I'm going to say... |

I don't think that's the point. It's about him polluting threads without a reason. Like here, someone asks what they think will be the 2003 track and giving their opinion on Southern Sun, Mr. Mystery comes in and starts saying he doesn't like it. It goes like this in a lot of threads. Everyone has songs that they don't like, but that doesn't mean they have to post their (negative) opinions when nobody asks. Nobody gives a whether he (or anyone else) likes it or not, at least that's not what this thread was meant for. |

Andain - summer's calling(Gabriel/dredsen mix) ate that tune for breakfast heh. As for this year i agree, the time is not yet upon us heh.

but my slanders aside southern sun was not all that bad i didnt mind it. Good vocals i felt. |

nowt wrong with mr.mystery's views, at least he speaks his mind and doesn't start mindless efforts on the hub, how mint is southern sun, etc.
if u can't deal with him, add him to your ignore list and get on with your life ffs.
ps. southern sun (tiesto mix) is lol, g+d mix is much better :)
