Major PC Problems , 63 Spyware Appz Found in My OS XP Pro

Jesus , Ive had computer problems before this takes the piss, Im running
AMD ATHLON 1GHZ
20 GB HDD IDE
40 GB HDD IDE
48X SPEED CD/CDR
48X SPEED DVD ROM
256MB RAM ETC ETC
OS : XP PROFESSIONAL
My Broadband speed has gone so slow i mean from 40-60k/s , to 4/5 K/s , My PC Keeps Powering Off after a certain time, causing scan disk to appear everytime, last night , i couldn't load any apps or access my cdroms , ive done a virus scan and found nothing. so basically where the hell do you start. ive checked for conflicts and found nothing , ive check my startup files and all clean , ive done a defrag and a scandisk and still nothing, then i noticed lots of System Processes in the Task Manager, At least 40 API Processes Not Apps here, programs like dwinn ? etc, my CPU was going crazy like 60% constant , and i had nothing running I decided to do a system restore on the XP PRO OS , I went restored all my system files from January the 6th , rebooted , something started to work again but others didn't. I ask a local friend and he said try ADWARE 6 Tool which scans for Spyware inside you HDD, I ran the tool and i was amazed on what it round there was
63 Traces of Spyware , From GATOR to Tracewin ? And lots more, there was 6 Applications stored all over the place , Registry , System folder, Anyways I cleaned them all up and now everything is running smooth as a bird.
check your Hard Disk with ADWARE .!!! |

| The program is called Ad-Aware, and that's just what it does, awares you of adware and spyware. |

| Go to http://www.lavasoft.de and download ad-aware. It's a nice program which removes all those spyware/adware programs. |

| spyware is evil! beware of what programs you run on ur pc , such as kazza, morphious etc as well as emails your friends may send u of "dancing sheep" or similar, although they appear harmless they install evil spyware |
